I did, both to [email protected] and their ordinary mail, no answer at all. Live support just told me they had no access to the free spin system and I had to wait up to 72 hours...

I got to live support again and and told them they dont even answr mails and they copied and pased some text about free spins and I said they could close my account...then the manager came right in gave me 100 Free spins right away and a good explanation about it all... So yes they seem ok and reputable...lets see in the future. Weekends should not be any problems for any kind of activity in the casino such as withdrawal processing and bonus crediting.
