My problem is i got the email with the great Deposit offer too, but it isn't able for me to do a deposit in your Casino.
I use only Paysafecards for my deposits.
I have a moneybookers account, but it takes a few days to reload it. Paysafecards are fast, we are able to buy it in near every shop.

No, its not a swedish casino just because they have swedish support among many other countries ..they are from Malta.
I wish there was a way to go directly to the main support instead of some swedish support person I talk to only forward my questions to the main support in Malta which then answer to the swedish support who only forward the reply to me...resulting in very slow support often...zzzz...zzzz...

That's because the Swedish government has taken hard hits to all Swedish gambling sites forcing them to relocate to Malta. It used to be better. You know they dont pay Swedish taxes but work here yada yada yada,,, ;)

Just wanted to tell you that I did get paid. €60, got $80, not so bad for a couple of hours playing.
It did take 19 hours. That long because it was the first payout, but that fast because I had a mailadress to that supportguy that called me at home.
He had the day off but helped me anyway. That is what i call service.
I promice I will play there again.:thank you

I have not been paid.
No idea whats wrong, I hope Andy can solve it on monday.
The free €10 has been put back into my account, with €250.- playthrough this time.
My withdrawl of €75 still shows as processing after 27 hours.

I've mailed support this afternoon, but they didn't have a clue, so they forwarded it to the management.

Bit of a bummer, but I'll wait.
We'll see what we will see.
