I hit Crazy Dragon progressive at Jackpot Capital on 12/30. The casino said RTG would contact me in 72 hrs. They haven't done so yet. Any one out there every had RTG contact them to pay off a progressive hit??
I've never hit a progressive, so don't know if it's normal practice for them to contact you. Please let us know how you make out, and please do post a screenshot if you have one .... we'd love to see the win! slotwinner
Hopefully my screenshot comes with this. Jackpot Capital emailed me that RTG has been out for the holidays and I should hear from them this week. They are the ones that pay the progressive. Hopefully this will be the case.

I am gonna guess that since it wasn't a random jackpot in a real series slot; RTG might get involved. Much like when the casino commission checks out a progressive win at a land based casino.
Thanks all of you that sent me congrats. I heard from Jackpot Capital today. They told me that RTG would be contacting them later today or by tomorrow. They were closed during the holidays. So, I should know how I am getting the "cash" soon.
