PET PEEVE Free Tourneys W/O Enough Coins

ok ok, I know they're free... and I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth.... but it's really getting to me on these tourneys..... I've been playing a lot of the free Microgaming tournaments lately and some casinos are down right stingy with the coins... you just get into the swing of things and have plenty of time left when it's over because you ran out of coins.... and yes you can pay to continue, but they're stingy with those coins too....

Then there are the ones who give you free tournaments but only a few players can get in and only in the middle of the night! Why bother?

And of course then there are the extra generous ones who have free tournaments on the hour where everyone gets a true chance to win....

lol just wondering if I"m the only one noticing this....

Hmm, I can't play too many places so not sure. I DID win 5th place ($5) in Rich Reels the other night. Was funny to see people paying to win, you could see every time they bought chips. They sure will pay a lot to win, lol. I never paid in once.

Hey labell, I know exactly what you mean. Hell, I think I have played every single free tourney at Golden Casino and can't even come close to placing in the money. I had one though, it was a free $250 evening tourney. Well, I have to share pc with hubby, (of course) so, I had started it and had like $1100.00 balance. I thought I might be able to do something with that. Gave up the pc for a couple of hours. David went to bed and I woke up just in time to have an hour left of tourney time. Logged in and first hit was for $1300.00 giving me $2400.00 I might get somewhere with this........Ha!!

I spun the wheels again and casino lost connection.........I tried for the rest of the hour to reconnect, including re-booting the pc. I even called the casino and was told they were having problems.........

Sure....... the night I just might have a shot..I thought........damn!!!

boy is that one familiar! And for some reason I have more trouble staying connected there than anywhere else....
