Oh my gosh! Yes, is there anyway you can go back to the promotions page of Inetbet and find those terms and conditions again. Sometimes those 10 percent or whatever chips are kept on their home page. Thats alot of money to just say "oh well" and also did you just speak with a customer service person or did you actually contact like the accounting department etc. Even though you may not be able to get it down the road, I would definately pursue it as far up the ladder as I could. My general rule of thumb is I don't take bonuses anymore unless I'm bored and broke. If i'm depositing I stick with my own money. I've gone as far as to lock bonuses out of my account. Sometimes they will sneak them in on you. If i win a contest here or something thats different but I'm depositing my own money than u have a much better chance of cashing out. I would pursue this further though, talk to the casino manager or pit boss by e-mail. If you can't you can't but... but at least you tried. Soooooooo sorry!!!
