I'll be gone after this weekend

Well, after today's fiasco, I'll be gone by the end of the weekend. Probably for a long time. We had an H&R block advance card and they stole $255 from us. We owed them $60 and they never gave us an address to send them the payment, then they just took everything we had. Well, in order to keep my water on, I have to find someone to buy my computer by Monday, which will be the end of me being online atleast until FEB of next year. Needless to say we have cancelled our H&R advance account and will never user H&R block for anything again. My advice to anyone who currently has one of those cards is to clear it out and cancel it fast before they steal your money too! I hear the fees at jackson-heweitt are less than H&R block anyway. Bye bye for now guys it's been fun.

Yeah, unfortunatly the water must be paid by monday, I was actually supposed to pay it today, and was expecting to have it, until I found that my hubby's pay had been taken by H&R block. The water company was nice enopugh to give me until monday to come up with a minimum of $200 to keep the water on. Thankfully I have a nice computer and should be able to get at least that much for it. Please, I don't want any hand outs, I'm sure we will be fine, someone will snap up my puter pretty quick, in fact I do not even have an online money account, I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be gone for awhile and beware of H&R block.

From what I can tell so far my options are spend a bundle on a lawyer, or spread the word and hope no-one else gets ripped off by them. SInce I don't have a bundle to spend an another lawyer (I already have one on a custody case for my daught that cose me 2 grand), Spreading the word it the best I can do.

Good news is my mom just agreed to loan us the money to keep the water on.

Bad news is we still have other things that are going to need paid, so I am still going to part with my puter for now.

I am sure I will get another one when finances balance out again, probably after my hubby gets called back from his lay-off, and we get next years tax return back.

I'll be back though I love winning streak



I've already arranged for my internet to be disconnected monday, so I'll be around until then.
