I checked out your link, but if I remember the story went down like this, but don't quote me. A few yrs. ago a group of collage kids (Berkley?) gathered on the steps of the quad. and all lit up. I think it was a statement about the legalities of pot, and our out of touch laws relating to weed. The time for sure was 4:20 may have been the day as well.
I was just geeking out when I posted :linedance but there's nothing new with that
So whats shakin?? Hopefully not the city any of us live in!!
