I grew up in Minnesota where you can see cornfields for miles - because the land is so flat, lol. When I was 20 (a few years ago...........) I moved to Chewelah Washington. It is 50 miles north of Spokane and about 75 miles south of the Canadian border. When I first saw a mountain I was totally in awe. I live in a valley and no matter which way you look you are surrounded by mountains. 35 years later I am STILL in total awe of the mountains and the scenery here. If you have never been here, you should seriously plan on coming to Washington. It is unbelievable!
