Anyone else ever get this error

I was playing at Inetbet yesterday and was playing the new games, I got an error code on the Texan Tycoon game and got logged out and could not log back in for almost an hour, I emailed support and they did what they had to do so I could log back in and I told them about the error and they just ignored my questions on what it was so anyway I play one of the other new games Loose Caboose and got the same error code so I took a screen shot this time and emailed it to them and they sent it to tech support but still havent got back to me about it so I was wondering if anyone has had this happen and what does the error mean??
I played the new games the day before and never got the error code.

The same thing happened to me, I don't think I was playing one of the new games and I also couldn't login for about 20 mins or so, I then emailed support and was able to get back in.

I could be totally off base here but I was reading that USA players that deposit using their bank card are getting calls from their banks and the fraud departments that the use of these cards are illegal. I don't know if you used a bank card to deposit if so maybe their was a flag put on your account. Just a thought

I found out it was some updates they did, I just dont like being cut off while playing lol, and than not being able to log back in and it happened twice!
but all is good now

deposit method has nothing to do with this im sure it is a bug and RTG is fast working on it

Yes I have got that one before. I just closed out and waited a bit then went back and all was fine. Lol Lizz..you to funny girl!

I couldn't log on to any RTG's during that time frame.... think it was system wide..... I think they were updating casinos to the newer software that has the enhanced bet amounts.... which I LOVE lol

I have never received a call regarding deposit methods or use of a credit card (thank heavens I'd probably have a heart attack)... if the card's processor blocks gaming sites it happens during the transaction before it can go through...

Ive got errors like this long time before...and ofcoarse this error occour when you actually hit the Random Jackpot but the casino manager have put some limitations on your account for some reason and it blocks you from getting the Random Jackpot amount added to your casino balance...we all know it is that way but we cant prove if or do anything about it...sorry. I dont wanna dig more in this...

But it could be something with that new jackpot animation that triggers if someone hit a Random Jackpot in the casino...dont know if just the actual player that hits the jackpot see the animation or if everyone see one Random have been hit...??

Ive saw some big Jackpots have been triggered...Treasure Chamber for $13K and Paydirt! for around $9K ...it wasnt me though...

hey on the original deposit that got this error we're talking about, did you deposit or use a free chip? Because that COULD have an affect on not winning... or at least not being able to cash it in....

Yeah, labell, a claimed free chip with a max cashout limit increase the players chance of hitting a Random Jackpot or a huge feature win when there is no great threat to the casino.
An ordinary bonusfree deposit with no limitations attached activates a "blocking device" built in in the casino software so all huge wins and Random Jackpot hits are eliminated or on hold to a time you have limitations attached no your deposit or bonus.
