Withdrawal Via Canadian Check Bounced From Uptown Aces

Hi, I have a big problem. I got into my checking account today and a Canadian Check that I deposited from a withdrawal that I made a Uptown Aces bounced for $2,155.14. I deposited the check on August 12th and it bounced today. Not sure what Uptown Aces is going to do to correct this but am very upset because I don't have the funds to cover the shortage in my checking account. I have spoken to Uptown Aces and sent them copies of the check. Uptown Aces said they will work to correct the problem but it could take a while. When I called my bank to find out what the debit was for they connected me with an international representative that told me that the Canadian account had been closed, this is the processor but I didn't tell the bank that. Just wanted to warn everyone that this is happening. Hope I can get it resolved or I'm screwed. Wish me luck.omg

I am so sorry tessa, I'm sure they will make it right, but I totally understand
why it is very upsetting. I sure hope it doesnt take long to fix

Thanks so much Dani....me too. I was really shocked today when I saw the check returned. I'm sure I can't be the only one this has happened to. Uptown Aces need to get some different/honest processors. :thank you:)HG:thank you

I totally agree tessa! keeping my fingers crossed for you that it will not take too long
to straighten out. I know uptown aces is a honest casino, so I'm sure it is a processor issue

Wow I am shocked about this, I get checks from them often and this never happened to me. I hope its just a one time problem and it gets resolved fast! Please keep us posted Tessa.

Thanks guys...it looks like Uptown Aces is doing a Manual - Bank Wire free of charge but unfortunately I had three overdraft fees and one of they they would not pay, which was the IRS payment and you know how the IRS is, if you bounce on them your screwed. Cost me $35 a charge plus my IRS payment arrangement. Oh well they say timing is everything. What a bummer. I know Uptown Aces is going to make up for the Canadian Check problem but they can't make up for the other problem they caused.

I'm glad uptown aces is straightening it out tessa, I have messed up my irs payment
before, nothing bad happened, lol I called them and i can to keep my same arrangement
hopefully that will work out for you also

Vixen that would be great, my account logon is boogirl8. I got another Overdraft fee this morning also. That makes four for $34 each and an international bank fee of $10. The total is $146. I sent them my bank statement yesterday which included the three Overdraft fees and the international bank fee circled along with the Canadian Check bounced amount circled also asking them to either put these fund into my player account or work something else out but I never heard back from them. It would be wonderful if you could get involved in this. I loved playing there and won quite a bit, had several checks sent home in the last three months but because of winning so much they seem to have cut me off from all bonuses, although I wasn't abusing bonuses or warned about any abuse of them. I played some of the time without any bonus. I'm really confused about them and like I say, I would love it if you could get involved and speak to them about this. I appreciate it!!!

I know this is not a new thread but does Slots Capital and Desert Nights use the same processor as Uptown Aces?
