Be careful.. I tried to deposit into Inetbet this morning using Wired Plastic and Wired Plastic disabled my account, they reactivated it but said next time it will be permanant

The gift cards still work but does the reloadable netspend work? I can use the gift ones at inet and all the rtgs but at the micros i can only use it at redflush

I only use the reloadable Netspend Card and it works fine!

I got mine at a David's Money center. Up untill 2 months ago I could load it at Stop and Shop...now for some reason they won't load it there.....it's ok I go to Davids, it's cheaper.

ALSO Has any one heard of the Skylight card? It's by Netspend, I was advised by the girl at Davids to get one.....she said something about Netspend switching banks or something, but when I called to activate it the operator told me that was the first she had heard of the bank switch.
Oh well, no harm done, I just have 2 cards now.
Anyone here know more about it?

The same thing just happened to me today. (I had not seen this discussion until now.) I had just loaded my Wired Plastic account and came home to find it locked. The phone rep said that on-line gambling transactions had been noticed on my account, so they temporarily locked it in order to get me to call so they could me that these transactions were not allowed.

They reactivated my account, but now I'm very paranoid about using it for gaming transactions (which is really the only reason to have it.) I have a partial payroll direct deposit to my Wired Plastic account, so it would be an enormous hassel if they close my account completely before I can get that changed (which I will certainly do ASAP!)

I'm not sure which transactions were flagged... The vast majority of my gaming deposits are with Intertops, but I have made frequent deposits there with my Wired Plastic card for years and never had a problem.

For now, I am using my Wired Plastic account to fund my Quicktender account. Even that makes me nervous, though... my actual bank will not allow me to fund Quicktender from my debit card.

I do have a Netspend card, although I have never used it. I guess I will try that and/or the new Alertpay option and, if successful, drop my WP account entirely after I remove the direct deposit. Wired Plastic lost much of its usefulness to me anyway when they stopped accepting International Wire Transfers, which was always my favorite withdrawal method in the past.

You can also load Netspend with Western Union, cost is still the same..You use the gray prepaid form and put your card number in at the top

Yes be very careful with wp.

I was locked out ... reactivated and loaded for about 2 weeks and got locked out again. too many web support transactions they said. I had $45 on this and was told i would get a phone call in 48 hours. its been over a month! I called last week to find out status and was told they are still "investigating it"?????

Im really nervous at this point and not bothering them anymore.

only play primaryly at inet and clubworld. found out $40 minimum QT at last minute and was going to stop directly visa transaction to casino but they got me!

same thing happened to me Jasa a few months ago, I call they say they will call back and never do, one day I loaded my card and after the fact found out they cancelled my account, which I think you should not be able to load your card if its blocked or whatever but you still can. I just gave up with them, so now they have my money, they are probally making a lot of money this way.
One thing I can tell you all that are still using the wired plastic call the automated account info line on the back of your card before you put money on it and if it doesnt tell you your balance and just saids thank you and goodbye it means your account has been suspened.

Whoa, they have not returned your money? That is messed up. Have you tried getting hold of them? Phone or email or something?

Idk about you Winter but I just got my check from them. Surprised because like I said before I wasnt gonna press this anymore. But yup got all 45.24 left on that card and got a different prepaid one with it to only transfer to QT since they lowered the deposit. Hope you get or got yours too hun!:money

Ok, so I have had a WP card for at least a couple of years now and used it no problem......made a deposit a couple of weeks ago @ Red Flush successfully, tried again and no go. I tried to access my account online and could not get in. Called them and did not recognize my account number or social. I finally got around to faxing them a letter trying to find out what the problem is with my account. Someone just called me back and gave me another number to call and told me my account has been dropped..........wtf! So I call this other number and it says you have reached Bankcorp Fraud Department.........I didn't leave a message........guess I will just have to suck up a loss on that card for about $25.00.........fraud????? that is a scary word.........what is going on?
