i am so tired of waiting all week after depositing my money to get these free spins and then the free spins r on cashipiller...it is a 100 line slot how u only give free spins on 25 lines...that is crap....y not give the free spins on a 25 line slot if u r only going to give 25 lines...i really feel like i am getting cheated...that is 75 lines that i have to watch my wins come on and nothing...

I just spoke with live support and asked why I NEVER receive the free spins as I do deposit on a regular basics, well I was told it was because I signed up to the casino before 11/30/2009 so I don`t qualify, can you belive that!!! Well, I don`t think I will be a customer of theres anymore, I`m done!!!! To me that is the most lame excuse I have heard of yet, so if you signed up before that date you will never ever recive these spins no matter how much you deposit, makes me feel like such a fool, and I am very angry right now. Since the big switch over with US players I have had more horrible experinces with this on line gaming then I care to even calculate at this point!!!

Not saying Villento does this, but sometimes support is just "who you get" at the time, like the IRS phone line: Call back, get a different answer.

I have never heard that you won't get free spins due to when you first registered an account, which seems a silly answer. I usually hear that it is up to the promo department to decide who gets spins, bonuses, etc., which sounds more like the truth.

I get them at Villento, but when I also played at Rich Reels I rarely got them. Didn't matter how much or how little I had deposited, it seemed. Now I just concentrate on Villento to build history, loyalty points and so on.

These are totally random as far as any of us have been able to figure out. Remember, these are FREE SPINS, if you do not get them what are you out? It makes no sense to me to stop playing at some of the best casinos around merely because you did not get some free spins that were not offered to you to start with?

Thats not true, I get the free spins and I signed up way before 2009. Sorry but many have tried this before and NO ONE gets an answer. It is their own secret who they give the free spins to and why. I would play there no matter what because in my opinion they are top notch Micros's that always had the USA players backs when many others didnt!! My loyalty will always be with them regardless of any free spins! ​

I totally agree about Villento having our back (US players). Several Micros allowed us to keep our accounts if we already had them when the banning started, but Villento, I think, went above and beyond that. They've always treated me well, whether or not I've deposited. I usually do each week, even if it's just $20, but even when I miss a week or two they still give me the spins.

Some of the Micros were just mean to me. (sticks tongue out) and that's after years and years of my playing at their sites. I don't mean just said "you can't play here anymore." Some hung up on me when I called!!

Oh well, whatEVER...I'll just go over to Villento, LOL.

BINGO!! Plus can you imagine all the people complaining! I bet support gets a bit frustrated! This casino is one of the last standing that support USA players. They have amazing deposit offers every week and this free spins thing is a perk that some get and some don't BUT you do get other offers like triple points, contest to enter etc.
