I made a deposit earlier tonight at Aladdins Gold. I then played at Slots Capital. Did not do anything with either one of them. I then attempted to make a deposit at Manhattan slots and the deposit failed and there is a 0.00 balance but the deposit got deducted from my Netspend account. I went to live chat to see if this can be resolved and was told I have to wait until Monday.

I understand the problems we the players have and the processors have. I know deposits fail but for a deposit to fail and still be taken out of my account is not acceptable.

I loaded money on my card today with the hopes of chilling and playing tonight but I don't have anymore on my card and I don' feel like running out again to reload.

Just venting

Yes, it is all so frustrating, unfortunately it is the bank processors we are forced to deal with because of our govt. The casinos would like to see us have better options also as this all affects them too :think

Ive heard of these glitches before and heard that they fix the issue not that it makes this any better for you right now, sorry this has happened huhhwtff

Yeah I've had it happen to my debit card a number of times, they always fix it but it's really frustrating having to wait.

i know the processor take out a little
extra 0.25 or more,if you let them now. the deposit back
in your account,what the processor takes out extra.

but i had never taking anything out if it if the deposit failed
