You all may remember me complaining about a sponsored casino, where I have been a longtime player changing up the rules and actually demoting me from the VIP program. Vixen, kindly offered to intercede for me but I (pridefully?) refused! Here's the latest exchange:

This is after many years of membership, massive deposits, and few withdrawals.
