Has anyone been having a problem with RTG casinos after it says that a new version of the lobby is ready to install. It says to click ok and restart the casino. When I do that the casino does not start , like it has in the past when they said a new verdion of the lobby is ready. I tried unstalling the casinos and reinstalling, but that does not help. I asked support, but they said they don't know whatthe problem is, but will check. Have not heard back. This all
srated a couple of days ago. Thanks

Hmmm, not sure. I had a problem a while ago getting any RTG Tournaments to start up and it had to do with a Java update or some simple thing I needed. Hope you get it figured out.

My computer shows updates on the bottom of the screen. I just have to click update, lol. :think

go to java website and update if thats the problem if not somthing is blocking it like firewall settings what casino is it that your trying to open

Whilst playing this slot at AladdinsGold 3 weeks ago, I discovered that there was a technical glitch whilst playing the last of my 12 free spins. I hit the 3 white diamonds at 3x2x2 which should pay 12 times the total bet size. It was 0.2 per spin and as all payouts are doubled the win should be $4.8 ie $0.2x12x2. It paid $2.4 and the casino has confirmed this in the report.

However, they are stating the payout is correct. Now while the amount is petty the explanation is ridiculous. They told me, with the advice of their tech support, that the there are additional white and blue diamonds during free play so the payouts for these scatters are not doubled. I have played tens of thousands of spins and all scatter wins are doubled so they are wrong.

Any comments on this Dogboy001.

I havent had any problems, but I havent played in the past few days

I hate it when you have problems like that, mine has been fine except for one which crashed after doing the update, but it was okay after I restarted it.
