I won a small random at Intertops. (Now here is the problem)
I'm upset because I was going to pay for the motel room on the beach for my sons honey moon, which they are leaving today.
I cashed out 2010 because they take 9.00 out. Well it was sent to my paypal card so I was going to cash out and they have a HOLD on my card. I called paypal and the guy said they sent 2500 to you instead of 2001, so we need a receipt from them telling us the correct amount. I already knew he was full of bull, I told him how is it you only put 2001 on my card if the amount was 2500?? He said what is it for? I said I returned something and that something is no ones business.
I said I have never had a problem with paypal and he said but we are Netspend we work with paypal. At this point I am upset and told him if I wanted netspend I would have used the netspend card.
Has anyone else had this happen and how did you correct it??? Please help!! Now I have to go to the bank and see if I can scrape the money out of my little savings account. Honestly not sure if I have it.
I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else how you fixed the problem.
I won't be back on my computer for atleast 4 more hrs. I promised to voulunteer at the store. But hopefully when I check I will have alot of ideas.
