Prayers please for a 7 year old

Two of my friends and co-workers have gotten word that their 7 year old granddaughter/niece has cancer once again.
This is the 2nd time in as many years that she has had cancer. This is a different kind then what she had the first time and at this time they do not know if it is treatable

Thanks everyone..

She had surgery today.. It was originally thought the surgery would be 2 hours and that she would have to have extensive skin grafting and be in the hospital for at least two weeks.

The surgery only took 45 minutes and she comes home tomorrow
