Planet 7 withdrawals

Has anyone withdrawn winnings from Planet 7 casino? I have won at Silver Oak, which I think is a sister casino and gotten paid quickly, but my withdrawal at Planet 7 just sits there and has since September 30. I've spoken with Live Chat and I keep getting the same pat answers and runaround. They tell me "I've alerted my Manager and your withdrawal will be processed soon." They don't answer emails and I'm told they have all the documents they need. This is more in keeping with Raging Bull than Silver Oak. Their website says approvals in 3 days and payment within 7. Anyone have any experience with these guys?
