Crust
3/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups of flour
Pie Filling
1 can of crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup of crème fraiche
1/2 cup of sugar
Mix crust ingredients and press into pie dish. Mix the filling and pour into pie shell and bake at 375 F. for about 30 min.
Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and as they say in Sweden, "hoppas det smakar! Varsågod!"
