Win hundreds of pounds as you bid to become the King of the Hill!
Sky Poker is bringing a new online poker tournament to the schedule in May called ‘King of the Hill’. It’s no ordinary tournament though, with the winner crowned King of the Hill and winning hundreds of pounds EVERY NIGHT until they are knocked off the top! It’s poker’s very own winner stays on promotion!
How King of the Hill works
The King of the Hill Tournament takes place every night at 9pm. The buy-in is £7.50, which is broken down as follows:
• £5 into the King of the Hill Tournament prize pool. (9pm that night)
• £2 into the King of the Hill Heads-up Match prize pool (8.30pm the following night)
• 50p paid as tournament fees.
The winner of the King of the Hill Tournament wins a seat into the following night’s King of the Hill Heads-up Match, where they will play the winner of the previous KOTH Heads-up Match for the prize pool generated!
For example:
• On Monday night, 250 players play the KOTH Tournament. That makes £1,250 in the Tournament prize pool and an additional £500 set aside for the KOTH Heads-up Match.
• The winner of the Monday KOTH Tournament plays the winner of the Sunday night KOTH Heads-up Match – which means it’s winner stays on at the King of the Hill!
The first King of the Hill Tournament will run on Wednesday 1st May and the top TWO players will duke it out in the first King of the Hill Heads-up Match on Thursday 2nd May. The winner of that automatically earns their place in Friday night’s Heads-up Match, and so on.
