JC took 4 days to tell me my withdrawal was more than allowed because it was from freespins. This in despite that the coupon said the max amount withdrawable was $225. Of course, I contacted them yesterday morning because the cashier said it was under review still after the 48 hour wait period. The CS rep said it was going out in 24 to 48 hours which was obviously a lie. This morning I sent an email asking why it was still under review. Then I received an email an hour ago saying it was cancelled for being over the limit. Normally, FS do have a limit of $180 but the coupon in the cashier did say $225. It sat for 4 days before they finally got to it? There is of course the lie from the CS rep. I guess I should be happy I will get paid after all that but the reason I play there is the anticipation I would be paid in a timely manner.

Being Friday what's the best guess now that I will be paid? Thursday? I figure it will sit for another 4 days which makes it Wednesday or Thursday next week which means it will be sent out on Friday I guess.

Sorry, I totally understand your frustration and I am sure the casinos understand the frustration too. Usually when I have an issue like this, once they figure it all out they pay in a timely manner and I know there will not be these problems all the time! Congrats on your cashout! :clap

Try using the check method it is usually over nighted.. Sorry but winning on free stuff is pretty awesome and worth the wait IMO

It's another 4 days of nothing. What annoys me is that it is still reversable and listed as "under review" still since I resubmitted it last Friday. So, I don't think a check would be any quicker in this circumstance. They don't seem to be doing anything with it. I can't deposit as it is reversable and can't reverse the payout because of the limitation. I like the Intertops group because I know I'll get paid but this strains my patience. This also doesn't give me much hope that the new VIP Club will be an improvement unless the reason behind this is that everyone is taking a vacation in anticipation of its launch. To be honest, I'll probably deposit right after this clears up so hopefully this thread will have a long life.

Received the transfer but it was $10 short. Sent a message but it wasn't detailed enough and they didn't get what happened. Sent another so we'll see.

My email was kind of vague so I sent another that was much more explicit. It is the weekend so probably no answer till Monday.

ru486 I had the SAME exact situation happen to me, and Im betting it was on the same free spins. IT MOST CERTAINLY DID say that the max cashout was $225! I cashed out at $225 also, and it took them over a week to tell me that I had to re-withdraw at a lower amount. I was so mad. Then, they said they would expidite the payment since it was an error on their part, and I waited another whole week. My payout sat in "in progress" status for 5 days, then when i emailed them, they said it was a technical error and it would be processed the next day....
IT WASNT.
2 days later I finally received an email that the money was sent western union. $115 after the $65 western union fee. When I picked it up, I only received $110. Western Union said that was all that was sent.

I contacted JC, and they told me no, $115 was sent. But they sent it to the accounts department to look into. 5 days later I got an email saying somehting about a fee involved that they werent sure about but they credited the $5 to my account. However, I couldnt do anything with this money, because even if I won on the $5, it was part of a free spin bonus, and the max cashout was $180 which I already withdrew. Most I could withdraw was $5...and I would have to pay the $65 western union fee again to have it sent WU.

Seems like this is a shady way of them getting out of paying people. If it happened to us, IM SURE it has happened to others.
Quite concerned and not sure I want to deposit there anymore.

Oh, and to top it off, since I havent deposited there in over 2 months, and Icashed out on a free chip there, and sLOTASTIC in a matter of 2 weeks, They have now labeled me as BONUS EXCLUDED. WTF???????????

OH. By the way, from my understanding JC, Slotastic, and GV are very generous with paying out on their freebies. They will pay out on back to back free chips to many people. Why they excluded me? Is it because I complained? Is it because I bugged them about payment? Not sure, but I dont know many people who are excluded from bonuses at ANY of those casinos.

I seriously doubt that and let me ask you something if a casino is constantly pay out on free chips how do you think they can survive??
Sorry but that is bonus abuse plain and simple. These brands are top notch and have supporting members here for years, try to support them back by depositing no & then many just maybe you will get back in their good graces.

No, Vixen, I was not saying that in a bad way at all. I was totally saying that they were an awesome casino because I know for a fact that they HAVE paid out on back to back free chips to MANY players! I was just wondering why I got bonus excluded when I was a loyal depositor, and I haven't deposited in a little less than 2 months did they bonus exclude me. I DO NOT abuse the free chip system. I only used ONE FREE CHIP and cashed out. Then I used ONE FREE CHIP and cashed out at their sister casino.

I know one person in fact that NEVER deposited at JC and cashed out on 3...yes 3 free chips, and that to me is bonus abuse. But this person is still claiming the freebies and playing the free roll tournaments. Im not even allowed to do that. (I won a contest at slotastic and they would not let me claim the free chip. I deposited with them last on 5/15-then cashed out on a free chip 5/30)

So, what I was saying is if that is considered bonus abuse, Im not sure that I want to support that casino. They may have supported members here for years, but I think that claiming one free chip is not grounds for being bonus excluded. From all 3 casinos too.
