A huge Streak affliliate has not lived up to their reputation in my opinion. I'm so angry I can't see straight. I am not posting their name here as I know you all hate when we do that, but please let me vent....
I got a great 150% match offer for this weekend from a Microgaming casino. I've played there since Aug or July of 2008. I got another 30$ offer the next day, but didn't pay any attention.
When I only received the 30% I contacted live help....turns out somehow I've had two accounts! No one there ever caught it, and I only noticed the account number difference when I was pasting the email offer into the live chat screen.
I told Andy I figured it out, he had me forward the email and promised to answer me on the bonus.
His answer said that THEY had caught the duplicate in a routine security check - a BLATANT LIE - and that they were closing it. No mention of the bonus.
So I go back to live chat, there's Andy again... that's a first time depositor bonus he says, you're not entitled... I said HUH? It says A deposit not FIRST.... then he says it's because I've had a duplicate account so not entitled to bonuses.... two totally different reasons.
Now I'm not usually irrational, and I have never ever ever tried to have multiple accounts for any reason, so I'm really inflamed.
I realy detest and abhor being lied to, and Andy flat out lied. Then when I asked for a manager, he says he's the pit boss. Lie to me once and I'll not believe you....
So I have NO idea why I had two accounts, all I know is be careful. I am heartsick over this.
Please if a mod will contact me, I'll tell you the name, and you can arrange to close my account there. I'm DONE! Too many other wonderful truthful places to play.
