The way I read this is...someone told you that all your referrals would be transferred to your affiliate account sometime in the future when the affiliate program became available.

Now you have been making referrals without that affiliate program in place. Therefore, you have no affiliate agreement to bind the casino to; BUT they do have a referral program to bind you to. Apparently, your referrals are not making a single deposit as per the referral agreement. Thus, you aren't getting credit for referrals.

If I do indeed have this correct...then the casino is well within their rights to deny your referrals a bonus and also to deny you any referrals. No one is following the referral agreement.

You also say that you were unaware that the 30.00 bonus promo had ended a few months ago. It is your responsibility as a board owner to double check and make sure whatever offers you post are still valid. A quick check with Live Help could have saved you all this aggravation. That's what happens when you just go by whatever other forums have posted and take the easy way out.

I'm sorry; but I can't fault the casino for following their own terms. It would be a different story if you saw the 30.00 offer on the casino's home page.

I don't know anything about this casino, so will say nothing except that it is NOT a casino supported by Streak Gaming.

It really makes no difference which casino it is. When you don't take the time to read the T & C's or check to make sure any offer you post is valid...then you and your members are going to get burned.

That's just part of being a board owner. You can either do it the right way and protect yourself and your members from things like this happening; or you can just wing it and suffer the consequences.

I also hate to see an innocent casino get slammed and drug through the mud for someone's lack of knowledge about the offers they are posting. We have enough problems in the gambling world without creating any more!

I'm just glad nothing like this ever happens at the Streak because I KNOW everyone here checks this stuff out before posting promos! It's part of the reason I place my trust in the casinos and offers I find here.
