i did everything right and was told by Alana at support that the bonus is not valid here is the reply .... Alana: the bonus taht you are refering to is no longer available at the casino as it has expired. I can gladly help you claim your deposit bonus though
obviously they will if you deposit but why not give us the offer they have?

I have also checked our website and this bonus was not offered there, so I am not sure which site you retrieved this bonus code from. We offered it last in September and since then have removed it. Therefore I can only help you claim your deposit bonuses on your account

my last view on the matter, Alana at customer services says this bonus is invalid and wont be credited, my account is EER87319592 however i always find if a casino initially lets you down its better to simply avoid it, this is udicrous but this is online gaming, i lolled when she offered me a deposit bonus, i can get this anywhere from a reputable casino. and she goes on to say Alana: John, the casino has affiliates taht promote the avaialble promotions, the casino has not advertised a bonus taht has expired. If one of the sites are offering expired bonuses, we apologize for this and will address it with marketing team for further action, so streak gaming is to blame for their shortfalls, seems like a lucky escape i had.
