Cardpay withdrawal option

is down at several RTG casinos including the ClubWorld group.

Just thought I'd share the information.

CWC rep told one player it could be weeks before it is back up, if then.

That leaves us with checks or bank transfers, I think, neither of which I can or care to use.

I know some players don't have problems with checks but I have in the past.

As far as bank wire, I can't use that either since I bank at a credit union with no "swift" number.

If anyone gets updated information on this situation, please post it.

Karolina from CWC says it is "temporary" but she also said she has no "time line" of just when it will be back.

I just wanted to tell players since they won't get the info until they are ready to withdraw.

Personally, I would think they would inform players before or WHEN they deposit, especially if that

is the withdrawal method that player uses.

Cardpay or "paytocard" is the cheapest and fastest way, in my opinion, to get a withdrawal.

As much as I love the CWC group, they need to be upfront in situations like this.

Such information should be posted on their web-site or they must inform the clients who used this tipe of withdrowals before (they surely have some kind of a tracker for that) via PM or e-mail. I think it's unprofessional from the casino side to frame their customers like that

I have asked several others that use the same method and they have no issues right now..

I agree they can have a pop up in the cashier giving a warning before players deposit .. But they do offer wires and checks so it is not like they are not willing to pay..

I got lucky and won and noticed that the cardpay option is down which really sucks..... so I had to go with a wire. How long does bank wires usually take to hit your account from CWC? It was sent this past Fri? Anybody know?

Within 10 days you should see it hit your bank.

Yeah, it's really sucks,... I was getting spoiled with seeing it in the account within a 2-3 days with Cardpay.

Give them time they are pretty resourceful on getting new processors... I like the check option myself it is faster..
